Integrate: eBridge Print Driver
Only part of your office’s filing burden comes from legacy paper files. Software
applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat originate
most of what businesses print and store. The eBridge Print Driver cuts out
the often wasteful step of printing, allowing documents from other applications
to be “printed” directly into your eBridge file cabinet. There's no

This utility lets eBridge work side-by-side with other popular business office
applications. Rather than forcing users to toggle back and forth to search for documents,
eLink allows users to highlight a field - whether it's a customer number, date of
birth, phone number, address, or other essential information - in a 3rd-party
application like QuickBooks or Excel, and with one hotkey, search the eBridge
cabinet for all documents containing that information in one of your designated
index fields. This quick and easy integration saves steps and makes building online
document management into your business - and your staff’s already cluttered
desktop - an enjoyable user experience.

Enhance: eBridge Web Services API
eBridge has developed tools to allow our secure online document management database
to be integrated seamlessly with other software applications. This allows eBridge’s
document management to serve as a secure backend for all your paper records and
digital files while presenting the information in an application that looks and
feels like your own. This capability supports all standard document management functionality,
allowing users to scan, search, retrieve and share documents just as they would
in eBridge. The Web Services APIs are for use by systems integrators, 3rd-party
software providers or customers with in-house development staff familiar with building
web-based applications.
